* Outside of July/August, there's a two night minimum stay.
* Rental price is the total price to rent: 9% NH Meals and Rental tax is already included.
* A dog might be allowed at camp....but we must first discuss the issues.

- 1st floor half bathroom off the kitchen has a toilet and small sink. 2nd floor half bathroom is inside the back bedroom; it has a toilet, with a twin sink in the actual room. 3rd bathroom is out the kitchen door, down the stairs, and into the basement 'shower and tool room'. Newly built, tile shower with great hot water and pressure. It's a nice shower.

- 1st floor bedroom has 2 twin beds, can be placed together to form a 'king' bed. 2nd floor lake view bedroom has a full bed, and two built-in bench beds (adult sized, but thin; mattress is futon with foam inner cushion--very comfortable). Kids are perfect for the built-in bench beds. 2nd floor back bedroom has 1 full bed and a small 1/2 bathroom. Camp sleeps 6.
