(3/2013 - 6/2013 & Holiday) Rates: Week (7 night min during holidays) $1800, each extra day $250; Monthly (30 nights) $3600, each extra day $150. Holiday rates will apply if there is a holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) during your stay.
The maximum number of quests is limited to ten (10) persons. We accept personal check (if more than 14 days out), credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, American Express), and PayPal. If less than 14 days, then only cash, PayPal, and/or credit card.
Email inquiries will be checked morning, noon, and night daily or you can call me for more immediate inquiries. Thanks! - A reservation deposit of $500 is due within 5 days of reservation to complete booking. If arrival date is more than 60 days away, 50% is due at 60 days and 100% due at 30 days. If arrival date is less than 30 days than 100% is due at time of booking. Reservation deposit will convert to damage deposit on date of arrival and will be refunded within 14 days after checkout if no damage or loss.
Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or $100, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Monthly renters must cancel 90 days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least 60 days prior to check-in.
