A non-refundable Pet Fee of $115 per pet is charged per reservation and added to the base rental rate. Certain breeds and sizes of animal are not allowed in any property, lovely as they may be, so please inquire. Expectations of pets and their owners will be included in the rental agreement, and will require a human signature.
PAYMENT: a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, with full payment at 60 days before arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and your personal check via E-Check.
