Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Renters will be e-mailed the general Rules, Regulations, etc. for
the Swains Creek Area. These rules must be accepted in full by Renter.
$250.00 mailed Deposit upon making reservations, remainder within 7 days of stay. No refunds once Deposit is made, however, a credit will be provided for future dates. - $175-$225/night(3 night min.)$750 (non holiday)-$1000(holiday) per week .. $3000/month
