A 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking the reservation to hold dates and rate, with the balance payable 60 days prior to arrival, except 90 days prior for Merrie Monarch, Thanksgiving and/or periods between Dec 15th and Jan 15th. A fully-refundable security deposit is required. Payments may be by check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
Cancellation Policy:
Notify us by email 60 or more days prior to your arrival date and deposit funds will be refunded, minus a 15% cancellation fee. After the 60 day cancellation period expires an 'in house' credit will be issued that you may apply towards the cost of one new reservation, good for one year, minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations after arrival or early departure do not receive a credit.

Air conditioning is not necessary as the bungalow has gentle ocean breezes during the days and cooler mountain breezes in the evenings. Ceiling fans provide additional air flow if desired. Plush queen-size bed offers quality linens and bedding with non-allergenic down alternative comforters and pillows. Charming Classic Flame electric fireplace creates the perfect atmosphere for a romantic evening. Bedroom features a flat screen HDTV and DVD player for viewing selections from the DVD library.
