Carolina Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee of $60.00 added to final total.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters. In 2011, my condo rented every week from May through October and many weekends in the other months, so I encourage you to book early. Once you find the dates you desire, book it. If you have any questions please feel free to email me. Of note a Refundable Security deposit of $200.00 is required on all rentals. Linens and towels can be included at no charge if requested and cleaning fee will be applied to the total. If laundry is required $15.00 per load will be subtracted from the security deposit. Check In time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. Minimum age is 25.

As well as an oceanfront window and oceanfront door to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed in a playful, nautical theme. The full bath in the hall has a tub/shower and a nice decor. Convertible Sofa Bed.
