A one time $71 cleaning fee, 12% FL taxes (local and st) are additional, deposit required upon making a reservation. The main office confirms reservations, and handles all billing ($200 reservation security deposit is required).

Stay 3-4 nights very special rate $88/night. Plus $71 cleaning and Florida tax. For this unique location - it's an amazing rate. Regular rate $138/night.
November 27th - December 3rd 6 nights Available - escape the beginning of winter!!! -- Very special rate $95/night. Plus $71 cleaning and Florida tax. Min. stay 3 nights $105/night, stay 3-6 nights at $95/night. For this unique location - it's an amazing rate.
