This wonderful 'seaside retreat' condo is charming and comfortable. This 2 bedroom,2 bath unit sleeps 6 and has a spectacular direct Gulf Front view from your private balcony. The balcony overlooks the sunny beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your morning coffee or wine while sitting on the balcony watching the waves or even catching a glimpse of the dolphins playing. This lovely and newly decorated condo is within easy walking distance of shopping areas and fantastic restaurants. Our condo has two beautifully decorated bedrooms with queen-size beds in the master bedroom, guest room, and sofa bed providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for six. The condo has a well equipped kitchen and a charming breakfast area. Additional rental information: No smoking, no pets allowed, adults and families only, $65 cleaning fee, $200 reservation security deposit (refundable after inspection), taxes not included
