The rate for major holidays is $1,100/Week or $275/night with a 2 night minimum stay. This includes: Winter Break, Mid-Winter Break, Spring Break and Memorial Day Weekend.

Linens, towels, electronic equipment and appliances have all been purchased new to provide all the comforts of home. This house is perfect for larger families or shared between two families with kids. The home has a 2.5 car garage and an extended driveway to accommodate trailers and toys. Feel the seclusion with access from private Cedar Lane and no road between the house and lake. Enjoy lakefront living with family and friends. Private dock with 12,000 lb hydraulic boat hoist. Large lawn with fire pit for great campfires. Deck with picnic table. A wood burning fireplace, grill, and washer/dryer. Two TVs with cable (32-inch in family room and 27-inch in master bedroom). DVD player and stereo in the family room. Fully equipped kitchen. Play structure, sand box, bikes and water toys.
There are a lot of activities to keep you busy: boating, swimming, golfing, fishing, shopping in nearby Charlevoix and Petoskey. There are also a lot of special events happening in the nearby cities all summer long. The home is close to Boyne Mountain's Golf and Avalanche Bay Water Park, as well as Petoskey casino. Winter activities include downhill and cross country skiing, and snowmobiling.
