Custom 9-ft dning table w/benches. First floor has 3 bedrooms and a pull-out sleeper sofa. 2 bthrms, just renovated, incld all new plumbing and fixtures. Great artwork throughout! Just finished basement includes addtnl lvng/recreatn area (ideal for kids to play) plus 2 auxlry rooms w/addtnl beds/sleeping areas and new W/D. Also has a large screened frnshd porch & yard! Just show up with clothes, food and drink. Amenities include: bch chairs, bch towels, wagon, coolers, bikes, pedal cars. All weekly rentals are based on Sat-to-Sat. Many past renters have commented how great looking the interior is...very Crate & Barrel/Pottery Barn in look, feel & comfort!!! No Pets & No Smkng.

The Flip-Flop Beach House is very Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn in look, feel & comfort! Only One Block Up From The Beach at Stop #22!! All New Kitchen (only 2 seasons new) includes all stnlss applncs, microwave and grnite cntrtops & island with bar-stools. Both bathrooms were remodeled last year. Mitchell Gold furniture makes for spectacular living areas. Great artwork throughout. Fnshd bsmnt w/lg rec rm and 2 addtnl sleeping rooms. Enjoy your evenings on the large screened, frnshd porch. Patio off of the porch has a gas-grill and fire-pit. Rest on the hammock set back in the large backyard. Rental includes cable, DSL, IPod docking station, beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, coolers and bikes for recreational needs. Washer & dryer are in basement as well.

All Summer rentals are based on Sat-to-Sat, weekly rentals. Rates vary by season...please email or call for more details. 50% of rate will be due at time of reservation with the remaining 50% due 2-weeks prior to rental period. Security deposit will also be required. Rates include cleaning fees.
