New Harbor House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $900.00/Week or $150.00/night with 2 night minimum
- Rental is $900.00week. A $450.00 non-refundable holding deposit is required upon reserving cottage. The remaining balance due upon arrival is $450.00 rent balance, $60.00 cleaning fee, $63.00 Maine Sales Tax and $200.00 refundable damage deposit. Cottage is also available for daily rental at $150.00 per night with a non-refundable $150.00 deposit to hold cottage for days in question. Maine sales tax and damage deposits apply. Maine sales tax is calculated depending on the number of nights in the cottage. Personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks are accepted for deposit and should be made payable to 'Mark Green'. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, chest of drawers and closet which is perfect for 2 small children. Check in on Saturday at 3:00 P.M. and check out on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. to prepare cottage for next rental.

New Harbor House Details
The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/ice maker, filtered water, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, electric range, garbage disposal, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Rental includes towels and linens, local phone service, VCR & CD/DVD players, 3 TVs, and basic cable. Oil heat available if needed. Access to shorefront from cottage via private, untouched marked wooded path or short 5 minute walk down Bay Pines Rd. Cottage is also within walking distance to Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, art gallery, and scenic ocean lookouts. Wildlife such as deer, fox, wild turkey, birds, etc. can be seen in large front yard which expands out to wooded area on 3 sides. Flying squirrel are active in large oak tree in front yard and you can also feed seagull from deck railing.
Amenities: Kitchen amenities include Blender, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice Maker, Filtered water system, Electric Stove, Toaster, Table/6 chairs, Coffeemaker, Electric Can Opener, Cooking Utensils, Garbage Disposal, Dishes and Silverware. Laundry room off kitchen has 1/2 bath (toilet & sink), Large washer and dryer, linen closet, iron & ironing board. Entertainment amenities include basic cable, CD/DVD combo & VCR players, books, radios, large 25' TV in living room, 19' TVs in both master bedrooms. The front of cottage opens to large wooden deck with table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill. Activities: Leisure activities in area include sailing, cycling, scuba diving, walking, fishing, golf, swimming, beach combing, hiking, freshwater-fishing, whale watching, pier-fishing, surf-fishing, sight-seeing, working fishing harbors, kayaking and antiquing.
Local activities include Hardy Boat Cruises open from mid-May to mid-October and Monhegan Island Ferry. Take cruises to see running lighthouses, coastline, seal, puffin and whale. Also visit the Colonial Pemaquid State Historic Park and Ft. William Henry. Area: Area includes local restaurants, grocery stores, craft co-op, and church.
