Sawyer House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Extended stays are negotiable
Weekly rates include cleaning. Nightly (weekend rates) add $100 for cleaning.
Holiday rates may apply
Weekend rental available September-June
$250 security deposit required.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. (eastern)....Check-out is 10:00 a.m. (eastern)
50% deposit required to hold reservation.
Remaining rent is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Refunds only if the cottage is able to be rented for that time slot for the same amount.
If a lesser amount, the remainder will come out of the deposit.

July/August $1700 weekly
September $1200 weekly
October $1000 weekly
