Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Half of the rental fee is due at the time of the booking. There is a $300 fully refundable security deposit and a $200 partially refundable cleaning fee. The remaining rent, all fees and deposits are due upon arrival. Security deposit is returned promptly if there are no issues.
