Sep-Oct & Mar-Apr $135/night $945/week $3750/month.

There is a $500.00 booking fee to lock in dates.
There is a $150 cleaning fee on all vacations.

A $500.00 security deposit is refundable upon inspection with no damage minus a $25 inspection fee. A rental agreement is required. Balances are due 60 days prior to arrival - Cancellation Policy- Refunds are allowed only if cancellation is in writing & received 60 days prior to arrival, with a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds on any special or discount rates. Bookings are non-refundable once paid in full or deposits paid on special rates, booking fee's are non refundable. We strongly recommend that all vacationers purchase 'Travel Guard' or Vacation Insurance for any unforeseen situations, occurrences, or emergencies which could lead to any monetary loss. Vacationers by booking take full responsibility for failure to purchase travel insurance to protect them against any losses incurred do to their inability to fulfill their booking, & therefore hold owner harmless. Failure to leave the home locked with lights,fans & water off will result in a $100.00 fee charged to vacationers credit card. Vacationer accepts this policy and booking with any payments constitutes full understanding and acceptance of this policy.

The tiki lamps are a nice touch which creates an overall pleasant experience while relaxing after a long day of sightseeing or running around town on Alii Drive. The trundle bed folds out to either two twin beds or one king size bed in order for your sleeping accommodations.
