Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $600 Refundable security fee; One months rent security deposit if rented monthly. Fully refunded within 21 days when property left undamaged.
10% County Tax
$45 manager processing fee
10% to 20% Premium for Major Holidays i.e. Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas & New Years depending on length or stay. Please ask owner or rental agent.
Example: Week that is not a holiday week would be a total of $1625 plus $600 refundable security deposit.
No Smoking - No Pets Property - Monthly rate is $2320 plus utilities and cleaning charge.
$600 Refundable Security Deposit. If you cancel within the 30 days prior to rental, we will make every effort to rerent the property for your rental period. However, we cannot guarantee it. If we can't you will forfeit your reservation/deposit fee.
***Full Payment is required at 30 days of occupancy date. Required: Security deposit and signed rental agreement, approved application. Must be 25 years of age unless family, small youth group with responsible adult.
For rental for 30 days or more, must fill out rental application; credit report on all adults 18 or over. Rentals 30 days or more, security deposit is held for final utility bills reconciliation.
