Isla Verde Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$300 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit to reserve dates. Rental Rate is $150 - $200 in May, June, Sep & Oct.
$175 to $250 in High Season Depending on number in party. The Christmas week is $275 a night.
Balance due 60 Days prior to start date with exceptions
In case of cancellation, refunds will be made only if we are able to rent the condo for the same dates you reserved.
December 15th - April 15, 2006 & 2007 $175 to $250 per night depending on number of guests.
April 16th to December 14, 2006 & 2007 $150 to $200 a night

A queen size bed and 2 twin beds, come with linens and towels and some toiletries. Pueblo Super Market and Grande Super Market are nearby. rivate parking is available. Swimming pool.
Activities: Best swimming beach with boating, parasailing, water-skiing, snorkeling, jet skiing (in designated areas), banana boats, walking along the beach and windsurfing. Area: Restaurants nearby are at the El San Juan Hotel & Casino, Denny's, Burger King, Lupi's Mexican food, Metropol for authentic PR food, Baskin Robbins, KFC, The Ritz Carlton and so many other fine restaurants and shops. All within walking distance.
