Glen Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $140-185/Night.
- Weekend is F,S,S till 2 pm. June/$360, July/Aug-$375
Nightly is 3 night minimum. June- $145/night July/Aug-$150/night
June weeks(7 nights)- $870 July/Aug weeks(7 nights)-$900
9% NH bed tax added
50% to hold reservation. $300 SEPARATE SECURITY DEPOSIT and remaining rent to be paid 2 weeks prior rental for key to be mailed. - CLEANING and one set up of LINENS for 6 are INCLUDED in rental fee. Bring own Pool towels.
NO ADDITIONAL FEES OTHER THAN SECURITY DEPOSIT AND NH 9% TAX.
CANCELLATION OF RENTAL within 30-7 days of start of rental period will result in forfeiture of 1/2 deposit and paid rent and taxes. CANCELLATION within 7 days of start of rental will forfeiture all payments, except security, unless a renter is found for same rental period.

Several public golf courses are nearby in Jackson and surrounding towns. Bicycle the country roads on nearby rented bikes. Enjoy family meals at the large dining table after cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or visit the many restaurants of all varieties in the area. North Conway has a multitude of outlet and sports shops nearby to keep the shoppers busy. Our condo has something fun for everyone. Rent by the weekend, multi-day or week. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, crock pot, assorted spices, cooking utensils and dishes for 6. Living area has games, puzzles and exchange library in addition to VCR/DVD, CD stereo and Cable TV. Laundry includes full size washer/dryer. Bunk room with double/single bunk and twin sleeps 4 and master bedroom has a queen
Linens are provided at no extra charge if you don't wish to bring your own. Occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced with overloading fines. No Cleaning Fees; Patio furniture and BBQ equipment are available for outdoor use.
