Mesa House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rates from $1100 t0 $1250
- All renters must pay a $200 damage/security deposit . This is fully refundable if no damage is done during your stay, and this also secures your booked dates.
Also, all renters must pay $125 (cash) for cleaning services. This is to be left at the house at check out.
Pool Heat $125 per week
November 1st - May 31st $1250 / week
June 1st - October 31st $950 / week
