The pool, lanai and sundeck overlooks water/large pond/small lake to the rear. So you are not overlooked by other houses from the back.

There is a 60' lawn between the house and the lake/large pond. You get the sun from morning till sunset. Watch the sunset ! Provided are poolside terrace furniture with comfortable cushioned sun loungers, cushioned chairs and patio table. There is outdoor lighting and a ceiling fan for that cool al-fresco dining experience. The local shops are 3-4 minutes walk away. There you can buy provisions and hire videos. There is a Private Game Room with Pool table, Air Hockey table, Table Tennis table and Electronic Dart Board. There is a PlayStation 2 in the second bedroom. Hot Tub/Jacuzzi under the shade and privacy of the lanai. There is a huge lanai (outdoor sitting and dining area). There are tables and outdoor dining chairs and a ceiling fan under the lanai. The sun deck spans the width of the house and overlooks the pool and the large pond. There are 2 sun loungers and basketball facility overlooking the pool.

The pool is above average size of 14'x28' and is gas heatable.
