- This home is available all year. We require a 50% deposit within 15 days of reserving the home to hold the date. The remaining 50% and the $250 refundable security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, payment is due in full. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure.
Should a cancellation be necessary, we charge a $50 flat fee. If the home can be re-booked, all funds will be returned less the $50 cancellation fee. If the cottage cannot be re-booked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit.
