- All rates are for 4 people. For each additional adult, add $50.00. Kids stay free. Maximum occupancy 6 people. Minimum stay is 4 nights. For stays of 2 weeks or more, there will be a $150 cleaning deposit, refundable if unit is left in the same condition as you found it. A deposit of 50% due at time of booking; balance + cleaning deposit due at check-in. Any personal shopping/decorating requested for your pre-arrival date will be paid at time of check-in. You will also be responsible for all loss or damage done to property or it's contents during your stay. All problems must be promptly reported to owner. Cash, check or money order preferred, M/C and Visa via PayPal.
