Honolulu House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $550 / Night for 6 guests, $ 550 / 8 guests, additional guests $ 25 per night
- Special $ 450 night for 4 guests, $ 650 for 8 guests, $ 25 each additional guest per night. Normal Rates are from $ 650 to $ 700, ask about Kama'aina rate. There are two Hawaii State Taxes that apply to short term rentals, GET = General Excise Tax 4.5% and TAT = Transient Accommodation Tax 9.25%. There is a Cleaning Fee of $ 250 and a refundable deposit that is due at the time of booking.
