- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit can be paid with a cashier check, personal check, or direct deposit to my bank account. Keep in mind that the DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
The balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival.
Unless we have made special arrangements, we have a 1 week minimum. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10AM.
The home will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, linens and towels are provided.
Until confirmed with a deposit, rates and terms are subject to change without notice. - To personalize your vacation our Property Manager Julie Swanson will be happy to assist you in arranging fishing or snorkeling trips, golf cart rentals, personalized maid and chef services. Just let us know and she will be happy to provide you a very personalized vacation.
