Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

50% deposit due at time of booking (non-refundable).
Remaining 50% due 45 days prior to arrival date (also non-refundable).
June-September (except week of July 4th) - $2,300/week
Week of July 4th - $3,000/week

We run our weekly booking cycle on a Friday-to-Friday basis. Check in is Friday afternoon (no earlier than 5pm), with checkout occurring the following Friday (by 11am).
Partial week rentals are sometimes available - please inquire and we will respond as to availability and cost.

Bay View House Details
The cottage sleeps ten adults in comfortable twin beds in the four upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed. Another special feature of WillAdele is parking. There is easy and ample parking for six cars. Parking is at the back door of the cottage, accessed by a paved road known as Wesley’s Alley. Glen’s Market (large grocery store) and other shopping is easily accessible using back roads without ever having to enter the busy highway. We commonly walk to do our daily grocery shopping.
The Little Traverse Wheelway (paved biking/hiking trail, which runs from Harbor Springs to Charlevoix, passes just a few yards from the rear of the cottage and serves as a non-motorized link to the beach at the Petoskey State Park, to the Bay View Pier, and to shopping and sightseeing in Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs.
Golfers - there are numerous great courses to choose from within 15 minutes, including the famed Bay Harbor course. Other publicly accessible courses include all of the Boyne courses, Little Traverse Golf Club, Crooked Tree, Hidden River Casting Club, and the list goes on.
