Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Deposits and procedures: A $300 deposit is required to reserve your week, This would then become your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreement, half due in one month and the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy, any lost beach tags will be deducted from your security deposit, any renter not leaving the house clean will be assessed an additional cleaning fee of $25.00 per hour.
