Cancellations 60 days out, full refund. Less than 60 days out no refund, unless we can book your dates, less deposit.
Our cleaning policy is leave it as you found it or pay $50 cleaning fee.
No Smoking, No Pets, No exceptions. - A rental week is 6 nights 7 days Friday to Thursday. Arrival anytime after noon and departure by 10:00 a.m. We can be flexible if we don't have consecutive rentals.
