- The peak season rate for the property is $3,500 per week or $2400 for a 3 day weekend. All rental is due within 30 days of occupancy. There are no refunds for cancellation within 2 months of rental. Maid service is $150/day. Catering and butlering for an additional $200/day plus cost of goods. A 50% non refundable deposit is due with booking.
