- Master is huge with private balcony, dramatic ceiling angles, large window seat with water views, big walk in closet and private bath with separate tub and shower. There is a large overstuffed chair and ottoman that make a great reading nook to get away from it all while enjoying the breeze from the deck. Other three bedrooms are open and spacious and have a minimum of two windows each, lots of storage and closet space.

Two steps down to flagstone patio with an additional table and chairs in a private, enclosed backyard surrounded by trees and hedges...open grassy space for children's play or a game of horseshoes or volleyball. After the beach, step into an enclosed outside changing room with hot/cold shower. Enjoy warmest waters on the south side of the Cape.
