Lakeside Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1350.00 a week in Summer, $150 a night off season
- In Season Rates from May (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day) $1350.00 a week plus cleaning fee. Weekly rentals only during Peak Season. Rents from Sunday to Sunday. Security deposit and 1/2 of rental due before rental date along with a signed rental agreement. Off Season Rental $150.00 a night 2 night minimun plus cleaning fee any day available does not have to be a weekend.
Fall and Winter days available at anytime during the week or weekend. Call or email to check dates and times. - 1350.00 a week plus $55.00 cleaning fee in peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
