Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1500-2600/Week
- One-third of rent is required for deposit. The rental rate listed includes all taxes and a $200 refundable security deposit. Balance is due a minimum of 45 days before rental. If you need to cancel, your deposit will only be refunded if that week is rented, minus a $50 processing fee.

There are 4 TVs with cable, DVD and/or VCR in living room and every bedroom. A stereo is available in the living room. There are phones in the Condo which can be used for local calls. An outdoor pool is located on the first floor stocked with tables and chairs.
