This recently renovated and beautifully furnished private home is located on a quiet street across from the beach. Has large yard with room to park boat/RV. House has outdoor shower and screened front porch overlooking tropical landscaped front yard. Huge open living room with 12 foot vaulted ceilings, tile everywhere except for the newly carpeted bedrooms. Master bath has sunken tub and separate shower. Kitchen has everything possible. Deck off back of house with gas grill and over looks fenced backyard. Storage shed in back has all necessary beach supplies, wagon, stroller, coolers, chairs, fishing poles, umbrellas and beach cart. There is a golf cart to rent and 4 brand new bikes for rental. We also now have 2 new kayak's to rent.

Nearest airport:   Panama City Beach Airport at 30 Miles

St. Joe Beach- one of the few beaches with no high rises and is a dedicated beach. Pets and bonfires are permitted.

  • We try to making renting easy for everyone's schedule, so we do not just rent from Saturday to Saturday.
