Monthly rental rates available September through May for $3,000 per month.
Low Season - Labor Day to Memorial Day $2000 Per Week
High Season-Memorial Day to Labor Day $3,500 Per Week - ** Rental rate for this property starting September 9, 2007 will be changed to $1,400 per week and $250 per night plus a $150 cleaning fee, and rates from May 31, 2008 will be changed to $3,000 per week through September 6, 2008, which includes cleaning.**
