Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1,400 - $3,000/week, off-peak season $250 per night with $150 cleaning fee.

Reservation is confirmed with 1/2 Rental deposit, which is non-refundable unless reservation is cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Balance of rental amount and a security deposit of $250 is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Weekly rentals are from 3 pm. on Saturday until 10 am. the following Saturday.
Some weekends may be available at non-peak times for $250 per night plus $150 cleaning fee.
Monthly rental rates available September through May for $3,000 per month.
Low Season - Labor Day to Memorial Day $1400 Per Week
High Season-Memorial Day to Labor Day $3,000 Per Week - ** Rental rate for this property starting September 9, 2007 will be changed to $1,400 per week and $250 per night plus a $150 cleaning fee, and rates from May 31, 2008 will be changed to $3,000 per week through September 6, 2008, which includes cleaning.**
