Ludington House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $3,500 per week during peak season, off-peak season $300 per night with $150 cleaning fee.
- Reservation is confirmed with 1/2 Rental deposit, which is non-refundable unless reservation is cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Balance of rental amount and a security deposit of $500 is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Weekly rentals are from 3 pm. on Saturday until 10 am. the following Saturday.
Some weekends may be available at non-peak times for $300 per night plus $150 cleaning fee.
Monthly rental rates available September through May for $3,000 per month.
Low Season - Labor Day to Memorial Day $2000 Per Week
High Season-Memorial Day to Labor Day $3,500 Per Week - Rental rate for this property is $3,500 between Memorial Day and Labor Day. From September until May, rentals by the night are available at $300 per night (2 night minimum) and an extra $150 cleaning fee is assessed. A refundable security deposit check of $500 is required for your rental.
