Reservation Notes:
Guest check in time is 3:00 PM, and check out is 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you need to make special arrangements.
Payment and Cancellations:
We accept VISA and Master Card. Room rates are based on a minimum two-night stay. There is a $75 cleaning surcharge for a single night stay.
We automatically process a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. 60 days prior to your arrival we will process the balance of your anticipated room charge to guarantee the booking. If you cancel your reservation prior to the 60 day deadline, you will forfeit only the initial $100 deposit. For cancellations from 30 to 60 days out, 50% of the full charge will be forfeited. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the full charge will be forfeited. -
No refunds will be made for reservations booked during major Holidays, Merrie Monarch Festival and the Kilauea Wilderness Run.
In Hawaii , transient accommodations are subject to a total tax of 11.42% consisting of TAT (Transient accommodation tax) and GET (General Excise Tax).
Year Round $265 to $295 per night plus tax. Rates subject to change.
