Hutchinson Island Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $92- 121/night $650 - 850/Week $2,200 - $3,400/month
- One Week Minimum
'Off' season is May 1 to Nov. 30
Rates are: $650/week, $92/night
$2600/month; plus $300 refundable security deposit
and one-time cleaning fee of $85
Plus: Florida Resort Tax 11.5%
'Peak' season is Dec. 1 to Apr. 30
Rates are: $850/week, $121/night
$3200/month; plus $300 refundable security deposit.
and one-time cleaning fee of $85
*Florida Resort Tax is not included on the above price.
*Rental Deposit for one month rent (Peak Season): $600 (on signing 6mo in advance, $300 + $300 Security Deposit). The amount of $3268 will be do four months before arriving. If arriving immediately, then the full amount of $3868 is due before you arrive ($3200Rent, $368Tax & $300Security Deposit).
*Security Deposit: $300 will be collected at the time of 1st deposit. This security deposit will be refunded if no damage or loss occurs.
*Cleaning Fee: $85 (cash) is to be left on the counter for the cleaning service.
Length Of Stay Discounts: 2/MO - Cancellations and Refunds:
For any cancellations which occur at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, refund of monies paid less $300.
For cancellations that occur within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, deposits and rental payment are refunded only to the extent that your week(s)/month(s) can be re-rented.
Please do not wait for the last minute to cancel.
Ocean Village Resorts does not permit trailers, pick-up trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, motor homes, RVs, boats or boat trailers on the site. suv's and family vans with rear windows are allowed.
We do not rent to singles under 25; proof of age required; you will be checked.
No pets/dogs are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed. No exceptions! If this is violated, $300 deposit will be kept towards cleaning!

The warm earth color tones inspired by the ocean are this apartment main theme. Unique ocean wall prints and shells adorn the walls. The bed linens are always fresh, with plenty of pillows to make your stay comfortable
