Ground Floor: Here you will find: • 3 and 2 seater sofas (one of which converts into a Queen size bed) , love seat • 27 inch TV with satellite, DVD/CD player Selection of games and books, • Formal dining area and Breakfast Bar, all china, linen and cutlery • Fully equipped kitchen: hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, waste disposal unit, fridge-freezer with ice-making facilities dishwasher all linen and utensils. • Separate laundry room with full size washer, drier, iron and ironing board on the ground floor, means no need to take washing home! Pool bathroom with W.C. and washbasin 26ft x 14 ft screened pool with pool games, sun-loungers, two tables and dining chairs Games Room with pool table, Foosball and electronic dartboard Games
First Floor: • All bedrooms are situated on the upper floor. This means that those who want an early night or to sleep-in are not disturbed by the more active! • Master Bed 1 has a King Size (6ft) bed, walk-in closet, hair drier 19-inch TV with satellite connection and en-suite. The en-suite has an oval bath, separate shower cubicle, separate WC and his ‘n’ hers washbasins. Master Bed 2 has a Queen Size (5ft) bed, 13 inch TV, built in wardrobe, hair drier and direct access to the family bathroom. • Two twin bedrooms, both with 13 inch colour TVs, clock/radios and built-in wardrobes. The PC with internet access is located in Bedroom 4. • Family bathroom has a bath/ shower WC and washbasin Amenities:We have added items to help you make the most of your vacation when staying at our family-friendly home with a selection of board games, books and DVDs plus water basketball and volleyball for those who like to be active in the pool. Activities: Convenient for Disney and Universal theme parks, trips to the coast, golf, horse-riding, air boat rides and all Orlando attractions Area: SummerPlace Villa is situated 6 miles, or 10 minutes by car from Walt Disney World at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. With easy connections to I4, Orlando International Airport, Universal and Seaworld are approximately 25 minutes drive away whilst Kennedy Space Center can be reached in c50 minutes. Although guests are spoilt for choice with a range of restaurants nearby -Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Carrabas etc, if you prefer to eat at home SummerPlace Villa is only 0.miles away from Super Wal-Mart making shopping for those essential items easy or a FREE Local Call away from home delivery!
Golf: SummerPlace Villa is also conveniently placed for golfing at Polo Park, Legends or Mystic Dunes , southern Dunes etc the choice is yours!
