Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Summer Season from $1000-1500, Winter Season from $300 per week
  • Advance deposit of $500.00 Balance due 4 weeks before arrival date to secure your rental. Payments may be made by money order, personal check or cash in advance. 9% MD tax will be added to all rates.
  • New Rates on 2008 - $2000 In June, $1500 in July, $1000 in August.

The second bedroom has a futon couch on bottom that opens up to a double size bed and a twin size bunk on top of that. There is a regular double bed in the second bedroom as well. Easily sleeps 8 people. Also has a pull out couch in the living room that will sleep 2 people. Total bed capacity of 10 people. TV's are located in every room.

Golf and Other Activities: Condo is located in an excellent location, within walking distance to many activities. Amusement park, beaches, bay activities, grocery store and many fast food and nicer restaurants within walking distance. Short walk to take Ocean City bus to anywhere unlimited rides for $2.00 per day. Easy walk to boardwalk, beautiful beach and shopping. Special $1000.00 per week in July.

Assateague Island National Park: Beautiful island sanctuary located nearby. Sunbathing, snack bar and showers available. Wild horses running free all over the park...beautiful scenery for swimming, sunbathing or even painting...

Shopping: Rehoboth Outlets located within 30 minute drive...tax free designer outlet shopping. Can take bus to outlets or drive.

Ski: Water skiing activities available any time during summer season.

Golf: There are 10+ 18 hole golf courses within 10 mile radius.

Other Activities: Golf, beach and boardwalk located close by
