One half down to confirm the reservation. Balance is due 75 days before arrival date. Security Deposit of $800 is required with all final payments, to be returned, when appropriate, within 3 weeks of your departure. - Rates do not include gratuity. SUGGESTED GRATUITY to our maid is $6.00-$8.00 US per person daily.
Any additional services you may wish to have, such as airport pick up, grocery shopping, wine and beer delivery and chef services are available through our administrator, Mercedes, and will be billed when service is rendered. Details of extra services will be emailed prior to arrival.

- In each bathroom there are hair dryers, magnifying mirrors, shampoo, body lotion, baskets for personal item, amenities and fresh purified water served daily in a ceramic Mexican pitcher. The large fluffy towels coordinate with the different bedroom color themes! There is a Jacuzzi tub and a bidet in the Master Suite along with theatrical lighting over the sinks and dressing area plus lots of mirrors. All bathrooms have dual sinks except the Tanya Suite.

- The Master Suite and the Holly Suite, (both kings) have full ocean views even from the showers! The Susan Suite (two twins or king) and the Tanya Suite (king) are very large, having sitting areas plus canopied beds. The linens are luxurious; all bedding is new with Euro and decorative pillows. The Master Suite and the Tanya Suite both have TVs. All suites have comfortable mattresses, plenty of closet space, screens, clock radios, bedside tables and lamps and amenities in the bathrooms.
