Introductory
North Captiva Island Club has established a public lodging operation for short-term resort rentals under Chapter 509 of the Florida Statutes. The Club represents homeowners that are registered in its vacation rental program.
Security/Damage Deposit
The guests agree to put up a credit card authorization upon check in to guarantee that if any damages or hardships from guests' use of the accommodations arise other than normal wear and tear, they will be fully responsible for the expenses incurred by the club in such a situation.
If a golf cart is included in the rental of the accommodations, then the guest will be fully responsible for the return of - the golf cart as it was turned over to the guest, except for normal wear from the operation of the golf cart. The guest who makes the arrangements for such rentals and or signs the check-in form shall be fully responsible for any of the other parties involved in this reservation. Please be sure to check date of arrival, departure and rent due for accuracy. Silence denotes acceptance.
Occupancy
Occupancy is restricted to the stated limit for each property. Please do not over-occupy the accommodation. The guests agree to register all people in their party in advance and agree that they will be in default of this agreement if they have more guests in the accommodation than the accommodations will allow. We will rent only to family groups, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 21. Violations of the above limitations on renters will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund of rent or deposit.

- On the second level is a second master bedroom or the Bimini, Bahamas room. This completely tiled room is decorated with relaxing Caribbean colors and features a queen size bed and private bathroom. A third bedroom with tiled floors is across the hall is the Key West Room decorated with items from the Conch Republic and also features a queen size bed. The Key West Room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the Puerto Rico Room perfect for the children. This room is decorated with tiled floors, lively Borinquen trinkets and comes with two trundle beds that can sleep 4 people or be converted into 2 king size beds. Also included in this room is a TV, DVD, VCR, videogame connection and a game table. These two rooms are connected to a large screened in porch overlooking the heated pool.

North Captiva Island House Details
A laundry room is also included on this floor. On the third level is the main master bedroom or the Hawaii Room. This room decorated with Pacific colors comes complete with its own Tiki gods and features a queen size bed and private bathroom. All four bedrooms have Berber carpet. The family room and kitchen on this level are open and have panoramic views of the gulf. The furnishings and colors are reminiscent of the tropics. A TV, DVD, VCR and entertainment center equipped with Direct TV satellite are included for your entertainment. Beautiful tile lays throughout the house. The kitchen comes complete with modern stainless steel appliances, a spacious counter and a mini bar. The family room is connected to a screened in porch that overlooks the pool. With its sweeping view of the gulf, the third level is perfect for watching the sunset.
