Policies:
We require at least a 30% deposit on the rental fee before confirming a reservation.
Also, we require: a one-time 150 cleaning fee, applicable 10% state/county taxes, and a refundable 100 security deposit. Of course, the security deposit will be refunded as long as the the condo is left in the same or substantially similar condition as when you arrived.
We welcome Paypal and Credit Cards, subject to a 3% surcharge.
