Boothbay Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1.200 to $2500
- Lodging Tax: 7%
Cleaning Fee: $85
Cancellations and Refunds: We will attempt to re-book and money collected will be reimbursed less a 20% re-booking fee. If we are not able to re-book all fees collected will be used to cover the time period.
Deposits: 50% deposit with rental confirmation with the balance due 30 days before the rental period.
Other Fees: Guests are expected to leave the cottage as they found it as there is little time or available personnel to do a full cleaning between rentals. We do as much cleaning as possible ourselves in the short turnaround time. There will be a $200 maintenance deposit which is fully refundable with no problems.
Off Season to 6/4 $1,200 per week
Off Season 6/4 to 6/25, and post 9/10 $1,600 per week
High Season - 6/25 to9/10 $2,300/week - If pets are accepted there will be a $50 per week fee. Plus there is a $200 pet deposit fully refundable with no problems.
