Seven Springs Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rates are Seasonal and based on 2-7 day rental. There is an additional $75 cleaning fee. 50% non refundable Deposit up front to hold reservation, the remaining 50% due 2 weeks before arrival date.

Seven Springs Condo Details
Amenities: The checkerboard kitchen floor sets the tone in the expansive kitchen with new appliances inc. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, and disposal. The living/dining room combined with the large eating bar provide an excellent space for entertaining.
The fireplace and big screen TV catch your eye until you gaze out the windows to the mountain, wooded scenery. Both bedrooms have been updated, the 'kids' bedroom sleeping 4 with a bunk set and queen bed. The master bed (Queen) is elegantly decorated in taupe and shades of red with new black furniture to balance the decor and hide the 2nd TV in the armoire. The master bath has a shower and the main bath has a full tub/shower and also houses a new front load stackable wash/dryer combo. Extra amenities inc. an espresso machine, and fully stocked kitchen. A roll away full size bed, locked ski closet, balcony, heated shuttle transport, shade umbrella w/ stand, DVD players, cable TV, and 2 full couches that are definitely comfortable to sleep on. Possible sleeping: master,2 2nd bed,4 roll away bed, 2 small kids couches,2 Total=10 Activities: Swimming, snow tubing, skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, local attractions: white water rafting, Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water.
Area: World famous mountain resort set in Western Pennsylvania just 1 hour drive from Pittsburgh and only a few hours from the major metropolitan areas of Washington DC, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Maryland, and other areas.
Ski: Excellent family ski resort. Condo just seconds away from slopes. Heated comfortable shuttle running constantly to and from resort and condo. Our condo is an end unit which provides for a more quiet stay for family time and just a short ride to the resort for a more party time atmosphere. Best of both worlds.
