Half of your rental fee and the completed Guest Rental Form will be due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining half of the fee plus a $500.00 refundable
Damage Deposit are due 21 days prior to your arrival date.
Cleaning Policy:
$50.00 cleaning fee charged for guests that do not leave the premises in reasonably clean condition. We request that guests put sheets and towels in the laundry room, wash all dishes, and bag garbage at the conclusion of their stay.
