50% of Reservation Fee is required to confirm reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations within 60 days of arrival receive no refund. Cancellations before 60 days of arrival receive a full refund less $ 25.00 cancellation fee.

Guest Home---- sleeps five (5) people and offers two (2) bedrooms - with three (3) twin beds and one (1) king size bed - and one (1) bathroom.-- All linens and towels provided.-- For those who smoke, please do so outside.--Soaps and paper products provided.-- For your well being and your enjoyment, we provide an environment as green, healthy, and harmonious as possible. Pesticides are used only in an emergency, recycling is available, all detergents and cleaning products are as nontoxic and bio-degradable as possible on rural Molokai, and finally we purchase Carbon Credits to off set our business' carbon foot print. For those who smoke, please do so outside.-- A welcome bouquet of tropical flower arrangements, and locally grown fruit await you upon your arrival.
