Huron House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $95/nightly - $675/weekly
- $675/weekly (double occupancy) + $35/weekly for each additional person; $0 for babes in arms.
$95/nightly (double occupancy) + $15/each additional person; $0 for babes in arms.
$75/ for each pet (dogs only).
Exceptions to weekly rates depend on availability.
Late reservations may be675 made depending on availability and provided money is in hand and lease agreement is signed and returned prior to requested arrival date.
In order to secure your reservation, a $200 deposit plus a signed rental agreement are required. Balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. $100 serves as a cleaning deposit; ***HOWEVER*** this will be returned after an inspection is made to verify that there has been no damage, a need for extensive cleaning or removal of items from the home. Cancellations must be 30 days prior to scheduled arrival in order for your deposit to be refunded. Payment may be made by personal check (IF funds are received 3 weeks prior to arrival). - $675/weekly (based on double occupancy) + $35/weekly for each additional person; $0 for babes in arms.
$75/for each pet (dogs).
$95/nightly (based on double occupancy) + $15/each additional person per night; $0 for babes in arms.
