Rancho Mirage Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1000-1695/Week Depending on time of year.
- A non-refundable $100.00 mandatory cleaning will be charged.
Renters must deposit $300 - $500 breakage fee. (Depending on if you want to use the Electric Cars or not)
It will be refunded if condo is left in same condition as received and nothing is damaged or broken.
A 10% City Occupancy Tax will be added to rentals less than 27 days. Sorry - it is the Law.
Special monthly rate available.
Daily rate $295.00 for Winter Season and $200 for Summer Season
Min. 2 nights.
