Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- New Summer rate $7500 a week. $4,900 a week in off peak season.
- $7,500 a week in mid June, July, August with discounted rates off peak season. You can secure the property with a 50% deposit paying the remaining balance along with a $300 security deposit 30 days before your arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days of your departure. We do negotiate our rates. There are also discounts for many different types of groups (Brownies, Scouts, photography, cooking and etc.
High Season
Mid June, July, August, September. $7,500/week
Off season
Mid September thru mid June. $4900/week weekend and daily rates also available. - Taxes and cleaning are included in your rate. The security deposit is refunded in full if the house is left with no serious damage. The occasional broken glass or spill is expected. The cleaning fee is normally $225-$250 depending on the amount of guests staying. If the cleaning fee exceeds this because the house is left in an extra dirty state, for example; dirty dishes in several rooms, trash everywhere, broken objects left through out the house, excessive dirt on floors and carpet, then we will deduct the extra amount needed to correct these problems from your security deposit.
If a cancellation is required the guest will receive their deposit back in full if the booking can be re-rented for the same dates and fee. If the property can not be re-rented then the full deposit is forfeited by the guest.
