The well-stocked kitchen is furnished with granite counter tops, a cooktop stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and every utensil you would need to cook your family a meal. The dinette area seats four comfortably by a large window and has a separate wet bar. The bar is stocked with ice bucket & cocktail glasses. The family room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD, stereo/CD player, and ceiling fan.
Both of the spacious bedrooms are carpeted with a large closet, ceiling fan, alarm clock, extra blankets, linens and pillows. The sun room is bright and cheery with large windows, french doors and a ceiling fan, coupled with another dinette table perfect for card playing plus a full size desk and chair - just the right setup for the Free High Speed Internet Access and Long-Distance (US, Canada,& Puerto Rico). The bathroom offers a large walk-in tile shower with Dual shower heads, marble countertop sink, a wall-mounted hair dryer, and plenty of towels and storage space. A coin operated laundry room is in the building. Activities: Golf and Miniature Golf, Fishing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Scuba Diving, Boating, Water skiing, Surfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, Sightseeing, and Shopping Area: The condominium is located next to several restaurants and pubs.
The renowned Salt Rock Grill is located directly next door and is one of the best places to eat on the beach! Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Tiki Gardens, and Town Square Nature Park are all within walking distance. The Suncoast Trolley Stop is located across the street and runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-A-Grille Beach. Indian Shores is about 15 minutes south of Clearwater Beach, 15 minutes north of St. Petersburg and about 30 minutes west of Tampa. Busch Gardens is approximately 40 minutes away; Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are 90 minutes from your door!
