The home is located about 17 miles from Honolulu Airport, Pearl Harbor and they Arizona Memorial. It's also about 24 miles to Waikiki. This home is not located in a tourist area. It is located in a local community. All beaches are owned and maintained by the State of Hawaii. Owners are not responsible for the condition of the beach or the condition of the canal's located next to the home. This is the most beautiful, modern, and luxury home in all of Ewa Beach. Please note:This beach front home is located in a local community and not In a tourist area. There can be a lot of locals using the beach in front the property because it is a popular spot. There are no neighbors on one side, the home is located next to a water canal that is owned by the city and county of Honolulu and we are not responsible for the condition that it is in upon your arrival. The property is gated and there is no public beach access through the property. Guests are encouraged to keep the gate closed at all times!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $500 refundable deposit,
    20% higher during holidays, weekly rental on all Major Holiday's only.
