- Each home has 2 bedrooms; in the lower home one bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, the other bedroom has one queen bed. There is a love seat and couch in the living room which both open to sleep more guests. The upper home has one queen sized bed in each of the two bedrooms, there is also a queen foldout sofa in the living room as well as 12 foot L sectional that will sleep two and a love seat that will accommodate a child. The upper home has far more amenities than the lower home, including a spa and massage table on the deck. Maximum number of guests per home is 8 unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner. Renting the entire island allows you a total of 16 overnight guests and up to 40 total day guests, $10 per guest per day additional charge entitles day/evening guests to free use of all amenities on the island.

Rent both homes and you and your group only will be in Paradise* No traffic noise to hinder the awesome wildlife and beautiful serenity here. Whether it's paddling with dolphin or exploring the hundreds of islands with one of the 10 kayaks/2 canoes that come at no extra charge to our guests, this alone could save a family of 6 $500.00 a day !!
