You can have it all: You Can have it all, being close to everything the Big Island has to offer, while enjoying the peaceful serenity of Keauhou, the beautiful Hawaii of long ago. Your vacation hideaway is a lovely one bedroom, one bath condo that is all on one floor providing a convenient entry for luggage and groceries. Unit #112 is decorated with a designer’s touch and has a beautiful ocean view. While overlooking the beautiful Kona Coast of the Big Island, you will have over 1000 square feet of living space featuring open vaulted ceilings, mirrored wall, full wall glass sliding door to the lanai and ocean view. Louvered full-length windows with ceiling fans in every room capture the Kona breezes and keep you cool and comfortable. The living room, kitchen and bath areas are spacious and bright and are fully tiled. The large tiled lanai is equipped with outdoor furniture and barbeque and comes complete with beautiful weather and unforgettable views.
Fabulous Sunsets: You will enjoy fabulous sunsets, a view of the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean, beautiful gardens and swaying palm trees, native birds, butterflies, wildlife, and migrating whales. The condo is tastefully decorated with a comfortable large sofa and matching dual chair, recliner, reading lamps, island-style rattan dining set and artwork personally chosen from various Island galleries. There is a room-divider entertainment center with cable TV and stereo/CD player. There's also a small library collection with up-to-date Island guide-books for planning your island adventures. The master bedroom is spacious, quiet and private. We have just added a new King-size bed with a “Perfect Sleeper” mattress and new linens for your ultimate comfort. Other amenities include reading lamps, a large mirrored closet. No need to set the alarm, rise to the sound of island birds cooing from the gardens.
Remodeled Bathroom: The adjacent newly remodeled bathroom has a large glass block tiled shower and includes a full-size washer and dryer hidden behind the louvered door We offer as a vacation rental our “Hawaiian Hideaway” to discriminating non-smoking guests when we're tied up with our Mainland duties. With that in mind, we keep our kitchen well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and stove. We supply cooking and baking equipment, sharp knives, quality dishes, glassware and utensils, and all the usual small appliances plus nice amenities such as a coffee grinder, water purifier and rice cooker. Sleeps 4, one king-size bed and an additional queen size sofa bed in living room. No/Smoking No/pets. !!!! Car Rental Discounts Available !!!! Maximum Occupancy: This unit is a one-bedroom, one bath Unit that sleeps two very comfortably. The maximum occupancy is four (4) guests (using queen-size hide-a-bed).
Ski: (New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July or during: Ironman Triathlon Week and the Kona Billfish Tournament.) *No Refunds Due to Inclement Weather, Circumstances beyond our Control, NO Shows or Shortened Stays. Amenities: We offer as a Hawaiian Vacation Rental to discriminating non-smoking guests when we're tied up with our Mainland duties. Golf: The number of people occupying the unit must be disclosed at time of rental. Deposits: Half of reservation amount is due within ten days of confirmed booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for Low season, 60 days prior for High Season. Directions and keys will be mailed 15 days prior to booking once full payment is received. $200 Refundable Damage Deposit. *In US Funds!* Cancellation Policy: *45 days prior to reservation date a full refund less 10% booking fee. Cancellation refund within 45 days is subject to re-booking. *Cancellation within thirty days and no shows will be charged in full unless re-booked. All cancellations are charged a 10% booking fee on a confirmed reservation. Cancellations must be in writing.
